Terms of Use

What this is

HW - Hunters Map is an unofficial community tool that shows which stores are open at the 40th Annual Hot Wheels Collectors Convention (October 7-11, 2026, Los Angeles). It is not affiliated with Mattel or the convention organizers. Hot Wheels and other names are trademarks of their owners. By using the app you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy policy.

Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old. The app is not directed to children under 13, and creating an account means you say you are at least 13.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may limit or ban accounts that abuse the app.

Acceptable use

Be honest and kind. Do not report a store open or closed when you know it is not, do not harass anyone, do not post unlawful or offensive content, and do not try to break or overload the app.

Your content and photos

You keep ownership of your photos and everything else you post. By posting, you give us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store and show it in HW - Hunters Map while the app is online. You are responsible for what you post.

Only photograph your store and its products. A photo must show no one who has not agreed, including people who appear by accident. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share. An administrator reviews photos before they are public and may refuse or remove any content.

Report a photo or other content

Report a photo (for example one that shows you without your permission, or that uses your work without permission) or any other content by emailing the contact address (not available right now). Include the store name and, if you can, the link to its page. We review reports and remove content promptly. In the app, every photo has a "Report this photo" link.

Information can be wrong

Store hours, locations and event details may change without notice. The open or closed status comes from vendors and other visitors, and the app does not guarantee that it is accurate in real time.

Donations

Donations, if the app offers them, are voluntary contributions to keep the app running. They give you no product, feature or benefit, they are not tax-deductible, and they are handled by the service named in the donation window.

Deleting your account and your data

You can permanently delete your account at any time in Settings with Delete my account. We also permanently delete all account and store data after the convention ends (by November 10, 2026), as described in the Privacy policy.

No warranty and limits

The app is provided "as is", without promises that it will always work or be free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses from using it, including from relying on a store's status.

Law, changes and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. If we change them we will update the date at the top of this page. Questions? Email the contact address above.
